Technical SEO & Growth

Technical SEO that engineers understand. Core Web Vitals fixed in code. Structured data done right. PPC managed against actual attribution, not vanity metrics.

Who this is for

B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and product companies whose organic growth has stalled despite content investment — and who suspect the bottleneck is technical, not editorial.

What we solve

Most SEO recommendations sit in a Google Doc forever because they are not actionable for the engineering team. We deliver patches, not PDFs — the same engineers writing the audit can ship the fix.

Most SEO work stops at content recommendations. We start there — but the real wins on technical SEO are in the codebase: indexing rules, Core Web Vitals, schema, render strategy, internal linking, crawl budget. Because we ship code, we can fix what we audit. Most agencies cannot.

What we build

The systems we've shipped most often.

01

Technical SEO audits

Crawl, render, indexing, structured data, internal linking, performance, and the JavaScript and CSS pipelines that affect search visibility. Findings prioritized by impact and engineering cost.

02

Core Web Vitals fixes

LCP, CLS, INP — diagnosed against real user data and fixed in code. Performance work that survives the next deploy because it is engineered into the stack, not bolted on.

03

Structured data

Schema.org JSON-LD designed for the entity graph search engines and AI systems actually parse — Organization, Product, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Service, and the rest.

04

AI search optimization

Visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI features — entity clarity, structured data, llms.txt, third-party validation. The same playbook we are running on our own site.

05

PPC management

Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok — managed against real attribution models, not last-click vanity. Account structure, budget pacing, creative testing, and the analytics to know what is working.

06

Analytics & attribution

GA4, PostHog, Looker Studio dashboards, server-side event tracking, and the attribution models that survive privacy changes. So you actually know which channel deserves the next dollar.

Capabilities

How the team is set up.

Technical SEO

Search Console, log analysis, render audits with Chrome DevTools and DebugBear, structured data validation. We diagnose indexing problems by reading server logs, not by guessing.

Performance

Core Web Vitals tracked from real user monitoring (CrUX), bottlenecks profiled with Chrome DevTools and WebPageTest, fixes shipped to production and re-measured. Performance is a property of the codebase.

Paid & analytics

Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok. GA4 for web analytics, PostHog or Mixpanel for product analytics, server-side event collection for attribution that survives client-side blocking.

Process

How we run this work.

Full delivery process

01

Discovery

We ask the questions no one else asks. Business model, technical constraints, team capabilities, real deadlines. We read the documentation you haven't written yet.

03

Build

Iterative, with weekly demos. No black-box sprints. You see working software every week or we're not doing it right.

04

Ship

Zero-downtime deployments with rollback capability. Every release is tested, monitored, and documented. We don't disappear after launch.

05

Scale

Growth creates new problems. We stay engaged — performance tuning, infrastructure scaling, feature iteration. The relationship doesn't end at launch.

FAQ

Common questions

What is 'technical' SEO and how is it different from content SEO?+
Content SEO is about what is on the page — titles, headings, body copy, internal links. Technical SEO is about everything else — how the site renders, how search engines crawl and index it, how fast it loads, what structured data it exposes, what the entity graph looks like. Both matter; technical SEO is more often the bottleneck for product companies.
How long until we see SEO results?+
Technical fixes (Core Web Vitals, indexing, structured data) usually show in 4–8 weeks. Content-driven ranking gains take 3–6 months for established sites and 6–12 months for newer sites. We instrument everything so progress is visible week to week, not measured only by quarterly traffic reports.
What PPC budget do we need to make this worth it?+
Below ~$5K/month, you usually do not need an agency — set it up cleanly and run it yourself. Between $5K and $50K/month, an agency can earn its fee through better account structure, attribution, and creative testing. Above $50K/month, the leverage of disciplined PPC management is significant.
How do you handle attribution post-iOS 14 / cookie deprecation?+
Server-side event tracking, first-party data, Conversions API for Meta and Google's enhanced conversions. We design the analytics stack to survive client-side blocking, accept that attribution is now probabilistic at the edges, and use modeled data where deterministic tracking is no longer possible.
Do you also work on AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)?+
Yes — and we are running the same playbook on our own site. AI search visibility depends on entity clarity, third-party validation, structured data, and crawlable evidence (case studies, profiles, reviews). The work overlaps significantly with classical SEO but emphasizes entity graphs and external citation more than rankings.
